Renai Shimasen ka?

So this one is interesting. It's got a fairly simple story involving a love triangle of sorts. It's kinda sweet and has a light bit of drama to it. The story follows Fuwa Rito who is way into dating sims and would clearly never have a girlfriend in real life. Except he's the main character so don't trust his judgement too much. A maid from a cafe that he frequents asks him out on a one month trial run and he gladly accepts.

Even though it's only 15 chapters long, the story somehow has 2 arcs which I was impressed with. The characters are also fairly rounded as the plot relies heavily on the past and how simple acts done by others can lead to traumas. And even though Rito is the main character, Fuwari-san, pictured above, has a fair amount of character building as well; something you don't often see with a romance manga aimed at boys.

The art is fairly clean while the characters are portrayed as fairly thick (as in actually being able to contain internal organs). I didn't actually notice this until I reread the series but the characters seem to be proportioned fairly well which is refreshing. It's hard to find a manga aimed at guys that actually has a realistic range of female character proportions but Renai Shimasen ka? isn't bad.
