A: I'd really have to say no. I have had a few characters that really didn't want to, but most of my deaths so far have been for reasons. I'll eventually get to a point where some will die just because that's not how luck works.
Like I said, I have had a few characters that refused to though. One of them turned immortal, another one was saved through time travel, and a third one just repeatedly comes back to life. You know, the normal stuff.
